New REAL Work From Home Job!

A growing work-from-home opportunity is to answer the inbound customer calls for companies like J Crew, 1-800 Flowers, Virgin Atlanta, or Walgreens. These major players and many others like them outsource their customer-service calls to companies that hire U.S.-based virtual agents. Set your own hours and pick an account that’s ideally suited to your knowledge and interests.
In addition to having a pleasant voice and strong customer-service skills, you must have high-speed Internet access, a computer, a landline, and a quiet place to work—all of which you pay for on your own.
Expect to make an average of $8 and $15 an hour depending on your experience, call volume and accounts. Be prepared to work a minimum of 15 to 20 hours per week, although some agents work 40 hours to 60 hours when their schedule permits.

and others hire year-round, and during the holidays they’re all eager for great talent as they prepare for a very busy holiday season. Each company has different needs, hours, clients, payment schedules, etc., so be sure to check with a few of them to determine the best match for you.

Interviewing for Virtual Customer Service
Treat virtual interviews just like in-person interviews. You can’t be any less professional, just because you’re not sitting across the desk from an interviewer. No background noise like crying babies, barking dogs, or TV.

Virtual Customer Service Representative

I applied to a few more virtual customer representative jobs. These types of jobs you can't have a dial up connection, you need to have a land line phone, you have to have a phone hand set and have a quiet place in your house. Some of jobs you get paid per minute you spend on the phone and some you get paid hourly. They also normally ask you to call a number and record your voice.  So here is the list without grade because I have not heard back from them, as I applied today!

http://careers.convergysworkathome.com/ I applied today and they ran a test on my internet and computer to make sure they met requirements all in all it took 15 min to complete application.

http://www.apply.westathome.com/index.html I applied today and I just entered my work information and contact info all in all it took 20 min to complete application.
